What does research use only mean?
Everything supplied by White Label Aminos is a laboratory reference material, intended for research. Nothing here is a drug, a food, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device, nothing is approved for human or animal use, and no material may be given to a person or an animal. None of it has been evaluated by the FDA.
Who is allowed to order?
You confirm that you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher, or that you are authorised to order on behalf of a research entity. That confirmation is recorded against every order.
Is a certificate of analysis available?
Certificates are published against the lot number printed on the vial, so the document you read is the document for the material you hold. Everything published is in the COA library, searchable by product name or lot number and downloadable before or after you order.
Do I get a better price on more vials?
Yes. Four or more vials of the same material take 15% off automatically at checkout, and orders over $150 ship free. Nothing needs to be entered for either; the price updates in the cart.
Can you advise on how to prepare or use a material?
No. We do not give preparation, measurement, handling or application instructions, and we cannot answer questions about use in or on people or animals. For specifications, read the product page and its certificate of analysis; for handling, follow the applicable safety data sheet and your own institution’s procedures.
How can I pay?
At checkout you choose a payment method and send the order total directly to us. After placing the order, email a screenshot of the payment to [email protected] as proof. Your order is reserved and ships once we confirm the payment. No card is charged on the site.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship from the United States with carrier tracking, which is emailed as soon as the label is created and is also on the Track page. Options, timing and regions are set out on the shipping policy page.
What is your return policy?
Given what these materials are, returns are limited. Email us before opening or using anything. The conditions and the return window are on the refund policy page.
How do I track an order?
Sign in to your account for order history and status, or use the Track page with your order number and the email on the order.
